Low and flow, and feed the heck out of them. Best corals in our tanks and hugely over looked for SPS and Zoas.

Would you say more than 2x a week then to boost growth? The area they are in is low flow and med low light

They will regurgitate if fed too much, but they are fairly ferocious feeders.
