Where to send water sample.

After speaking to Tim at MACNA. I decide to change to Triton method. I purchased a triton water test which I am now ready to send. Problem is my box did not have a shipping label in it. Can anyone tell me were to send it. I live just outside Baton Rouge Louisiana.
