Which LED would be best for my nano?

Looking for an LED system to go with, that has controllability (sunset, sunrise, dimming) and would have the least light spill on my tank.
The tank size is 24l X 12w X 12h


What would you recommend?

Also thinking about just adding 4 stunner LED strips.
