So Im planning to have a snowflake eel tank with 2 maroon clowns, a snowflake eel, and a sponge or a gorgonian. What should I get for my eel tank? A phosintetic gorgonian? A NPS gorgonian? Or a sponge?

Whatever I select my tank is not gonna change except the lighting and that the filtring requirements become bigger?

Id recommend photosynthetic. They’re much easier to grow and can pretty much grow under all sorts of lighting spectrums. As for the NPS, they will need constant feeding so it’s just one more thing you have to do maintenance wise to maintain your tank. Good luck

I love gorgonians. Try photosynthetic first for sure. Gulf coast ecosystems has great deals on great sized pieces.
