Coral Vue is based in Slidell,LA
5 mins from my house.

What about the materials, are they also made in USA
I did that research a few months ago, and ended up with Jeff at Lifereef. He made me an awesome custom sump with separate refugium. I am very happy with his work and quality of it all - including skimmer... You should check him out. http://www.lifereef.com/

The life reef ones just seem so huge and all revolve around the lifereef skimmer. How quiet is the skimmer??

Ok so i ended up going with GEO's Sump.........it came down to them and Synergy.....very tough decision.
GEO's Reef built me a beautiful sump.....Custom color of Orange and White, also made a custom mount for my Turbo's Aquatics Algae scrubber.....Basically he made a ATO section into a Refugium/ Scrubber section. Also, he had me send him the scrubber so he could perfectly customize the sump and also manifold the scrubber off of the Vectra M1 Return pump he plumbed into the sump for me.... Below are some pictures of the completed sump...GEO'S reef went above and beyond what i expected....I highly recommend Geo's Reef if you want custom work.

That looks real nice makes my white one from Geo look like so yesterday. Good choice I bet it was tough to make the decision.

Struggled with the same decision... Geo vs Synergy vs BioTek vs EA. All met most but none met all my "wish list" items. Geo and Synergy made the final cut, however $175 to ship 150 miles was a total turn off (Synergy). This week I pulled the trigger on the 46" Geo.

That really came out nice. I like the way the ATS is mounted. I just got my new sump from Elite. They did a good job, but I wish I had asked them to integrate the ATS now. They have one now that is built around the Theiling Rollermat. Shipping from Elite is free.

To update, if I had to do it again I would buy a sump that is shipped on a pallet. It might be an extra $100 but UPS busted my GEO Sump and I am still without a replacement sump. I should of bought the Synergy Sump and paid the $175 shipping and I would of had a sump right now instead of waiting in a holding pattern for a new one to be built. This entire sump upgrade has turned into a headache.
