I like the kessil light, your gonna get awesome color and growth with that light. Looking forward to this tank being stocked my friend.

Looks great, I have the same tank right now. One thing you might want to consider is removing those nozzles on the return outlets. The openings are pretty small and restrict the flow quite a bit.

Yea I was thinking the same. Thanks

That looks great whiskey. Heard good things about that light.

This light is incredible. I am having trouble setting up the iOS iPhone app via WiFi, so I called kessil and started a ticket. But, the light itself is amazing, plus I love the slim form factor with only one cable.

Kessils would be our choice IF we ever put up the halides;)

Time for update.
  • Added some palys, cabbage leather, pink glove polyps,
  • RBTA with a hosting pair of Saddlebacks.
  • Went with a Herbie overflow - its nearly silent now
  • Added another MP10
  • Skimmer's impeller shaft shaft broke - Steve Chow at SCA Aquariums replaced it immediately. Excellent Customer Service!!
  • I feel like my old corals are still adapting to the AP700, color 3 from all blue at 70% for 8hrs.

Build looks great. Question. I see the cut out and pc fan in the back above the sump. Is that to pull in fresh air for the skimmer? Or to exhaust heat and moisture out of the cabinet?

Heat and moisture removal.

How do you like that light?

Hey C,

Loving my Ap700, I only wish the matrix had a couple warm whites to bring out pinks and purples. I run it 8hrs at 50% on the 3rd spot of the color wheel from all blue. I decided to kick it old school and go mostly softies. This week I'll get some new pics up after a shipment from Liveaquaria arrives tomorrow...
