White abrasion/spots/legions on mimic tang

So I have had this guy over a month. Eating well, looked a lot healthier before. And we are noticing him looking lean and having these large spots on primarily his right side. No heavy breathing, eating well, moving well. Just having these spots and fins looking ragged. There has been some aggression in the past with an Atlantic blue tang, but it has been minimal since installing a mirror. Pictures are below.

To me the fish looks thin - could it have internal parasites? Is they bullying in the tank? -some of the things look like strikes.

Fish appears to have been constipated or have rectal prolapse which has become infected.
Not sure how this will heal but you can treat in separate tank with either Seachem Kanaplex or Maracyn 2
What foods are you feeding ?
offering brine shrimp for now will be easy for fish to pass through its body

He is eating brine and nori multiple times a day. Today got this image from my wife of the Atlantic blue tang which looks like he is covered in spots and white blotchiness. Breathing is normal, maybe slightly elevated, but he is very active. Chasing and policing other fish. Constantly eating. I believe it is just ich. But since this is the first infestation of the tank it’s running rampant.
I have a small qt, not one big enough for all of the fish.

are mucus cones and fish will need to be quarantined and treated with coppersafe at 2.25-2.5 for 30 days
