I'm inclined to think it's previous ich insertion points that are irritated at the moment. Keep a close eye but I would stay course unless the fish stops eating, starts breathing heavily, or becomes more cryptic/less active.

A black fish with a weak immune system (as it pertains to parasites) naturally is more prone to this sort of thing.

You're also dealing with a juvenile Achilles tang, as evidenced by the lack of a pronounced tear drop -- which are signicantly MORE difficult, IME

Got it! If i notice them get worse . I should start with anti biotics right? Should i do the combo metro, kana and furan?
