White dots on plastic, coral, and shells only

So these white dots started on one snail shell and have multipled. I am new to fish and I had someone helping me, but they haven't been able to help with this so I am turning to this group to see if I can find an answer. The water parameters are good and I do weekly water changes. The fish have no spots on them and seem healthy and fine. The spots are only on shells, the black plastic wall, and the coral. Any suggestions and help are appreciated. Also there is NONE on the glass the spots you see on the glass are just a reflection from the spots on the black plastic wall. Don't know if that is an indication of anything.

I have them everywhere. Had them coming and going since startup 15 months ago but they came with a bang when i got my parameters dialed in better & bought better lighting. I just remove the ones on the glass and leave rest to filter my water :)
