Ok so I can see like thousands of little tiny white looking bugs on my glass on my rock etc should I be worried?? Can some one please tell me what they are??

Hard to tell, could just be pods. Did the lights just turn on? Pods usually come out at night. If they look like this, nothing to worry about.

Its hard to tell bc they are so small but looks to be 2 little antennas and a little tail

Ya pods, they inhabit all tanks. They are scavengers, and play an important role in tanks. They eat excess food and can help keep nitrate and ammonia levels down, in addition, they are a great food source for fish.
