White Spongy Growth

I think I got sone this sponge, in first picture cant really see it on torches body but was just a little blob at very bottom of torch body but in last month or so slowly growing upwards nearly to the flesh of the torch ( watching it )
And then also on 2 parts of body of my lobo which is technically inside the lobo as bought the lobo with 2 holes I the skeloton and slowly growing in both of them
