White spot on top part of fish's gill

So 10 days on the Metroplex and Kanaplex are done. He looks a little thinner than before. In the light when it's bright, I can see like a red vein going from his middle section to his tail. Swims fine and has an appetite. Probably just the treatments. I don't see any white spots and his color is good. He won't hold still long enough for me to see Thuroughly, but at certain angles, you can catch a quick shimmer that looks like a white spot. Upon closer inspection and really watching, it looks like a flipped or shiny scale. Nothing concerning there ya?
