Hey Everyone, Noticed these white spots on my fox face unsure if it is itch the fish is super healthy swimming and eating as normal.

Either scrape injury or puncture wounds from an urchin if you have any and even bite marks which a clown would do

What other fish do you have? His tail looks chewed up too.

i don’t think i have any but my rock is very jagged and the fish gets scared at night if anyone walks by the tank and throws himself into stuff

That would be a suspect cause

The spots are too large to be ich, most likely scrapes. If you want, post a video under white light, we might be able to see more as to what might be going on here.
