I need advice on what to do prior to stacking my aquscape on a new Nuvo 100 INT.

I upgraded to a Nuvo 100 from a Reefer 250. I have had these tube worm, algae things all over my rock for a long time. I was dosing Vibrant and it seemed to go away but i'm not sure what it is and how to eradicate it completely. Any advice?

I put the old rock in the new tank but I'm not sure if I should remove it from the tank 1 by one and scrub it away or just do it in the new tank and not worry, I really want it all gone? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
