Pics under white lighting would help a bit more. That said it looks like a sweeper tentacle. They use them to feed and to keep other corals from encroaching on “their” turf. LPS corals send them out at night.

I’ll see if I can get a better picture of it. If it is what you said do I need to do anything or just leave it?

No need to do anything but you’ll want to keep other corals out of reach of the sweepers.

I’m going to try popping this here before started a new thread,

Frogspawn has white strings/mucus like coming out of mouth, anyone know why and what it could be?
