hoping this is nothing to worry about but I've had some bad luck with QT lately.

I have lost several fish in quarantine over the last couple of months and thru my research, I have seen lots of posts about white stringy poop being a symptom of Velvet.

Is this what I'm seeing here? All 3 fish in this quarantine take seem healthy otherwise.

Thanks in advance!

Velvet is something entirely different. Likely internal parasites/worms/bacterial issues. Read this on treatment:

Question, this article you linked states you can combine PraziPro and MetroPlex but the instructions on the PraziPro website say not to mix with other meds. Can someone weigh in on what to do?

@Jay Hemdal maybe?

I would dose with General Cure, it is praziquantel and metronidazole. Prazipro is different because of the solvent they use, has more contraindications.
