Who else hate drywalling?

Doing this side job putting a addition on a house. Lady asked if I could dry wall to. I wish I would of said no lol

I don't hate it...not when there's guys like you around. :) That job definitely falls under my "never again" category. Painting is right up there, too.

absolutely despise it! hanging it doesnt bother me it's the mudding and sanding that I loathe. which I really cant complain to much bc my husband does most of the work. we bought a house and completely gutted it and redone everything from the roof down to the electrical, all new windows, doors and flooring (literally ripped it all up and were standing on the dirt) we are now at the drywalling and we have 2 rooms partially done and the rest of the house bare. i cant wait to move in but I dont see it happening anytime soon. been working on it for almost 2yrs!

Gutted and remodeled the entire house, had that old 70's luan paneling through the enitre house. Replaced it with sheetrock.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN MUD AND TAPE.

I ended up paying a pro to finish the kitchen and livingroom.

While I'm not bad at it, I just hate the dirty dusty work.

Not fan myself. Worst part about home remodeling, imo. Don't like cutting, hanging, taping, mudding, and sanding. Paid someone to do my garage. The ceilings are 12' high and it's an oversized 2 car garage/workshop. No way was I going to attempt it myself.

Mudding, taping & wet sanding not a problem. Getting 4x8 sheets up on ceiling sucks.
