I feel your pain. I have 5 vortechs and 3 radions that I control with a reeflink. I tried mobius once on one device to check it out and hated it. I've made up my mind if my reeflink fails I'll dump the ecotech gear. All but one are mobius ready so I should be able to get a few $ out of them. I already added 4 noopsyche lights when I need more lights. The app user interface isn't the greatest but it has been reliable. I paid $200 each and if wifi is down or wonky I can connect to the lights via AP. Pretty bad when a $200 light gives you 2 connection methods and a $500 light gives you bluetooth only. My AI is still my favorite lighting app.

Unfortunately I deleted all 6 lights from Reeflink and now I can’t add them back wirelessly.

I had this same issue, this is what fixed it for me.

1. Open the Mobius app and select your desired tank
2. Select "..." then choose "Settings"
3. Select "Time" Select "Set to Current Time"
4. Select "Settings" then choose "Troubleshooting"
5. Select " Verify setting

Wonder why that is, unless something is wrong with the reeflink. Have you tried disconnecting all lights from power then refresh reeflink and devices with them disconnected, then try one device at a time?
I was never able to add them wirelessly but via the usb cable. I am going to stick with möbius for now and see.

Feel your pain. I have not had anywhere near as many issues with Mobius as most but it is still a poor app for great gear. Not being able to control things remotely is beyond me. I watched a tang get stuck to my vortech on my webcam and was powerless to stop it. I switched the vortech off via my apex but my battery back up kicked in so it kept going. I’d had a drink so ordered a taxi and still got there too late. 4 years ago with reeflink I could have stopped it all…shame.

Wow sorry for your loss. I just can’t understand a big company like that can fix the issues. Btw, now my Nero 5 is flashing red, here we go my day off smh

It did it again even though I clicked the “set to current time” and verified setting. I rebooted all devices and that went away, for now SMH

I don’t mind if that’s a moon light or whatever. What I am afraid is that what if it decided to blast them at 100% while I am sleep. what the heck

this has nothing to do with the time setting under mobius. it's up to Ecotech, the lights are in a permanent connection to their servers. If the server goes down or goes haywire, our radions lose connection and nothing works!

Just a shame and disappointment, with all that profits they’re making can’t make things right. I have a friend literally want to get rid of off his lights but just too lazy.

I always wonder if they’re even monitor this site especially the person really created or run the möbius program. I would be ashamed

Yo I know this is going to sound really stupid because it is but I would be willing to bet that the reason that is happening is because your time and date are off go to settings and update and ill bet u it stops happend to me still mad about it lol
I have noticed this as well, but whenever I set it correctly it always ends up wrong again.

If this is the case, can’t you set your lights, go to your router, then block their access to the internet? This should assess the connection to their sever issues
