Why did I do it?

Some of you may remember I thread I started a while back about buying a PS3 vs. a X-Box 360.
Well, I bought a 360 and it's been downhill since there. I am so addicted to that thing. I bought several of the games that you all recommended and now I am an Oblivion junkie, a Masterchief groupie and a Gears of wars fanatic.
What are you guys playing these days? I bought Fallout 3 and that game is great. Kind of like Oblivion with guns.

Sorry, cant help you on this one. The last video game that I played was Atari when I was a young'en.
From what I have seen, giving a kid an Atari would be rare and unusual punishment. Remember Astroids, Donky Kong and Pac Man? Maybe not..... I am showing my age!!

Well, I think you are showing my age too! I remember all of those games well. I Loved Donkey Kong. Remember jumping over all of those barrels to get to that goofy looking princess? Now the women in the video games all look like some freaked out super models!

Fallout 3 has been my vice for awhile now. Before that, it was Fable 2. Before that, it was Madden and Halo 3. Nothing has peaked my intrigue lately... thank God!

I've checked myself into rehab and been clean for a couple weeks now. Amazing how the time flies with the 360. :)

Well know that collage football is all but over. portal portal portal. Trying to get gold on all the fewest portals right now. I plan on beating assassin's creed this or next week. then back into oblivoin. Im starting a new character. The onto fallout. good choice on the xbox.

yes. If you can swing it get the one with the bigger hard drive not the 199 system. also a nice bonus if you are a netflix member you can wach a lot of your movies on the xbox.

matter of opinion. they are the same game engine just different type of shooter. one is ww2 the other new age.

Definitely. I agree that you should get one of the systems with the hard drive. The $199 system is ok, but you will want the storage fairly quickly.

Haven't played any of the COD games. I am so stuck on Fallout 3 right now. Have GOW 2 lined up next.

Anyone playing Prince of Persia yet? I pre-ordered it but haven't picked it up yet.

Man Pit Fall was my game of choice. One of the best games ever...lol.

I have a wii so I am somewhat limited. When I had my back surgery last spring it was super mario galaxy to the rescue. I'm just not a gamer.

dude! there's a NFS for 360?! SWEET! how long has it been out?

i'm doing fallout 3 still (huge), before that it was fable, getting my son rockband 2 for x-mas, have got finishing fable 2 and starting the new gears and cod. plus, then there's mercs 2. did assassin's creed when it came out, loved it. also have the orange box, but portal was all i played in it (several times :) )

glad you went with the 360! i was coming in this thread to chew some tale!! J/K :p

No tail to be chewed Salty. The PS3 doesn't have enough of a library for me yet. Maybe in a couple of years I can get one, but Little Big Planet isn't enough to sway me right now.

What's a NFS?
I need to buy assassins creed. Everyone keeps saying its great, but I also heard that it can get repetitive. Is that true?

The first was like a while ago years?
The first i think was NFS Underground, Then NFS Underground 2, Then NFS Most Wanted Then NFS Pro Street, Then just released a several weeks ago NFS Undercover. Under cover is pretty good, it also has some really nice cars to choose from.

Assassin's creed is pretty good and I couldn't get off of it until i beat it! The ending is not what you expect.
