Why does my anemone do this?

My gbta is open and huge every day until 4pm - 5pm then it closes and spits out brown strings every day and opens up huge at 9pm

Ph 8.0
Nitrate 5 - 10
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Alkalinity 9

I got it a week ago and it's been doing this every day at the same time

My tank has been running with pre cycled live rock and live sand for 7 months

First image is 4pm - 5pm

Please help my clownfish likes this nem and so do I

Not an expert on Anemone's but if it's around the time your lights dim, a lot of LPS corals retract at night. Nitrate and Phosphates are probably something I would look at too.

My lights are bright at 4 though

Your anemone is sick. You may want to remove it and treat with antibiotic.
