Forget other vendors, I will explain why Dr. Reef has not only been the best vendor I have ever worked with but additionally the most honest, Below is my personal experience with doctor reef showing their superb dedication to their customers. If you want peace of mind this is who you should order from!
For context, like many others I am very anxious about my reef and any additions, so much so I went a year without adding any Fish, however, all of my friends advocated for Dr reef. So I gave it a shot! I ordered 5 fish, and the order did take longer than I expected however quarantined fish are worth it!
Unfortunately by mistake, the wholesaler sold Dr.reef a similar but incorrect species to my initial request, an easily similar & mistakable fish, a more than reasonable misunderstanding. Prior to shipping, I received an email from Dr.Reef letting me know they were not comfortable shipping two of my fish as they were not doing well after quarantine offering me a refund! wow, I was not bothered at all, most stores would ship you the fish anyways but Dr. Reef was honestly sparing me the disappointment of an unwell fish. Additionally, another risky and sensitive fish did not survive, reasonable considering the species I selected.
!!!! I must say, and give praise to Dr. Reefs Quarantine for the customer service and resolution to this matter, I was promptly offered store credit, a FULL refund, or a replacement order shipped free of charge! I chose to have my store credit and ill definitely order from them again. Unlike most stores & vendors Dr. Reef was incredibly honest, making me feel as though customer service and my satisfaction were a priority, levels beyond many stores I have given my business to. Their prompt accountability and actions to rectify the situation earned my respect and Ill honestly never order from anyone else again. Dr. Reef's quarantine has exceeded all my expectations.
