Did something die in the tank? Looks like bacteria bloom.

Looks like and algae bloom to me... start there for info on how to combat

How old is the tank? Looks like an algae or bacterial bloom. Keep surface agitation for oxygen exchange. Running a skimmer?

the tank is about a month old and no I don’t have slimmer but will in the future

I think it’s an algae bloom because it has a green tint
