Why is my TDS fluctuating?

Lucky you! I’m in Pennsylvania and there’s a wildfire burning near me among many others. I kind of never thought this area would experience what it’s been experiencing makes me sad. It rained the other day but only for a bit/a drizzle and definitely not enough.
OK, so we too are having forest fires, which is just awful! Fortunately, my part of the state is unaffected, and we've seen some rain, but I believe there is a statewide burn ban in place because of the wildfires.

I'm going to be honest, I feel bad making RODI water with all the waste water. I'm honesty just letting all that waste water go down the drain, and I really should try to collect it and water my lawn or do something useful with it lol!
And then there’s that a whole other issue lol.

It sounds like you need to change the di resin. What is the tds going into the di chamber(s)?

You can not tell the condition of you membrane using the output tds of the di. What is the tds going into the membrane and out to get your rejection rate

In 7 out 3.

I just did! Although I wasn’t able to pack it all the way to the top as I used what I had left. And ordered more.

The di resin will not work correctly if not packed fully
Oh I didn’t. It has room to tumble I just mean I could’ve probably added a bit more since I used a quarter of a packet meant for one canister.

You need to pack the di resin tight otherwise the water will just channel past it unfiltered.

I'm in central New York, not too far from you at all, and I didn't know that! Sorry to hear that! I don't think we are experiencing a drought, we've had a fair amount of rain lately, so I'll send some your way ;-)
Can you send some of that rain my way? CT is the driest 2 month period it’s ever seen since records began in 1905. So far November isn’t any better. In fact even with less daylight hours, October was our best month of solar production so far this year.

I'm sorry to hear that! I'm not saying it's been pouring where I am, but we've definitely had some rain, and I'll be glad to send it your way too lol!

That's a great point!

I'll add, if you have only one DI canister, consider adding a second. You can then fully deplete the media in the first, switch your first DI canister out with your and second DI, reload the first DI, and install that as your second. I'm sure I made that WAY confusing lol! But the idea is this is even more efficient and saves money on DI resin in the long run, because you can completely deplete the DI resin in the first canister, then swap it out.

Forgetting about branding, and I'm not a BRS "fanboy", but I think BRS themselves decided that the DOW membranes were "the best". Certainly, do your research here :)

Okay thanks. Me either. I love him! I mean just look at his cute little face.:)

What a pup! I showed this pic to my wife, and now we may need to rethink our new tank lol!

These puffers are so cool! I have read that they are like having an underwater dog lol!

Great job, @AydenLincoln!

Best of luck to you and Hewbie!

Yes 100%! Hewbie was spitting water at me today! And I was saying I should get a sign for Hewbie that says no splashing and no spitting when in the bin lol.
