why is og bounce mushroom staying shriveled up

My OG bounce mushroom has not wanting to open all the way. and I’m getting concerned. he has been doing since March


I’m running Red Sea 50 my lights are at 80 for blue. And 20 for whites

Parameters 1.025 temperature is at 75 the tanks is 5 to 7 years old and for type flow is HES getting little bit of flow

Phosphates? Nitrates? Ammonia ? Ca,mag, alk, etc.
