You need po4 to make the carbon magic happen... Skyhigh nitrate and zero po4 yields zero result.
Any po4 added by Plus NP is very quickly consumed by your corals and resulting bacteria, and will never increase if you do not add more po4 by dosing po4. I use ME concentrated po4.
