Also, iOS app version 5.0.16 doesn't seem to have search functionality. Am I just missing it?

iPhone 6 and I use the app a lot during the day. Still can't add pics and am hopeful it gets resolved as this is my favorite app.

iPhone 6+ still good. Only problem I had was the alerts would not update but that's all good now.

And was there no way to brand the app more inline with the Reef2Reef colors? The Orange UI pallet is too similar to tapatalk. Seems it's based on the tapatalk framework.

Once you go to any of the categories in the attached picture the search will appear on the top

Honestly I prefer that all of our users use our mobile version of the site on their phones. It's much nicer IMO and you get ALL the options!

That's totally fine. Is the app not Reef2Reef's creation? I assumed it was.
