Hello

I just purchased a kryptonite candy cane coral (3 heads). When I was snapping it off of the frag base, it snapped the stalk near the flesh part of the head. Therefore when I put the remaining stalk in a hole in my rock, the fleshy part of two of the three heads rests on the live rock.

QUESTION:

Are my coral heads going to recede where they are touching the live rock?

:-(

You will just have to give it time and see what happens. They are very hardy so it should be fine.
