The problem will be the inconsistency, for that volume a 150 is fine, a 200 is inconsistent in that volume, a 300 would not put it

I'm a no skimmer reefer...so I would recommend go skimmerless.

Your better off with Chemipure Blue or other carbon based media. Skimmers are 30% effective at removing TOC while the media is 60-80% effective. Benefits are no skimmate, no skimmer cleaning, and just throw away media every 6-12 weeks.

Most likely phosphate for GHA...refugium is best for nutrient uptake and removal.
