So removing the rock is okay to clean it but if it forms too much Dino will it cause any problem or is that good that my tank is cycling well?
You can remove the rock from the tank, IMO it would be fine maybe for a few minutes.

Dino's harming fish is not a usual thing, I guess it can happen in severe cases but I never heard of it. Inverts and corals are susceptible to dino's in my experience.

I'm not sure you have dino's though. IF you can turn off the blue lights and leave only white lights it takes better pictures that way, the blue messes up the cell phone camera and its hard to see.

Is that powerhead a sicce voyager? That puts out a gentle flow, I would upgrade that powerhead and increase the flow throughout the tank.

But I don't really see any major problem in your tank, it looks like a normal new tank to me, time and experience will improve it. 3-4 months is still a young tank, I would suggest to add some more life to the tank, try to add a couple of corals from different sources, the more you add to the tank from other tanks, the more it increases the biodiversity in your tank.

it really doesn’t look bad at all to be honest. I really think you just need more flow. The water surface is flat and dust is collecting. I would suggest to raise the powerhead close to the water surface and aim it up to create ripples on the surface, surface agitation is important. Get a stronger powerhead which will blow the detritus off the rocks, get more flow in the tank overall.

The color of that bloom is suspicious to me.

Doing a "shake test" to find out if that's dino's (or just cyano, etc) costs nothing. Get a sample with same water out of the tank, shake it to smithereens, then let it sit under your lights or in the sun for a while and see if any of the bits re-form into a mass. Only dino's move like that.

Can you post your most recent water test results?
