Worm growing on my rock?

I noticed That one specific rock has certain little worm. I tried To scrape them off and they feel rough like rocks. Then few weeks later, today, i see One of the worms opening up like if it’s a flower? Or a mouth?

What is this? And is it dangerous ? Should i dump The rock ?

Little blurry, but looks like "Feather Dusters" They are harmless filter feeders. Does it look like this?

Yes they are great! Long as it looks like that. Filters the water for you, you can even buy big ones.
