I have lots of coral torches hammers. They are all glued into the rock work so I need to do an all tank treatment. It is a flatworm, depending on the species it could be harmless but, I wouldnt chance it.
While potentially not as quick, I would try spot treating it. Dipping effected corals in an iodine dip. Some wrasses like a six-line or yellow have ate them. A wrasse could be an additive measure not the only solution.
If spot treating coral doesn't work, Flatworm eXit will, but, that is an intank treatment that will likely harm populations of other worms and inverts.
