Hey guys, I’m pretty sure this is a torch eating flat worm but just wanted to get a confirmation and recommendation on treatment

It is a flatworm, depending on the species it could be harmless but, I wouldnt chance it.

While potentially not as quick, I would try spot treating it. Dipping effected corals in an iodine dip. Some wrasses like a six-line or yellow have ate them. A wrasse could be an additive measure not the only solution.

If spot treating coral doesn't work, Flatworm eXit will, but, that is an intank treatment that will likely harm populations of other worms and inverts.

I have lots of coral torches hammers. They are all glued into the rock work so I need to do an all tank treatment.

I noticed one of the heads got brown jelly so I think it’s harming the torches
