as lights were booting up I saw this worm on my Goni. I grabbed it and pulled about 1-2 inches out but lost grip and it slithered back into a hole in the coral

Can anyone ID it?
I though it was a syllid polychaete but I’m not sure

Edit - I had dipped it originally in coral rx but didn’t have a lot of flow / would stir

That’s pretty cool. I wonder how harmful they are. But if they weren’t literaly going in/out of the goni
 
At first I thought dorvillidae but looks to me more like a Nereididae worm
