Worm ID?

These small worms only come out at night. They swim around until I shine a flashlght on them and then they drop to the sand. The left worm is red and the right is black.

Your sure they're actually swimming and not just floating in the flow? The left one looks like a bristle worm. Kinda hard to tell though.

There floating in the flow. It's not a bristle worm. It is smooth with no spines.
