Just added 4 new hermit crabs. They all were immediately active after putting them in the tank. Couple hours later this guy stopped moving and I saw a pink worm looking thing come out of his shell. Now he appears to be slowly evacuating the shell. What is the pink worm thing crawling on his shell in the video? Thanks in advance!

And any idea what this yellowish thing is on another one of the hermit shells?

I can’t see the video in the first one, but that sounds like a bristleworm. If so, it’s harmless.
The second pic shows a vermetid snail, which can irritate corals. It’s best to remove them by crushing the shell (or breaking off the tube and gluing over the hole).

I think the video is working now. Thank you for your help!
