Seen these ‘tentacles’ coming from the substrate, def not spaghetti worms as these are a single tentacle per worm and they have little knobs on the tentacle itself

Digitate hydroids.
+1 for Digitate Hydroids. I had them bad at one point. I ended up going with Fenbendazole to eradicate. A lot of hobbyists reported that they went away over time but I did not have that experience.

Agree with digitate hydroids. Had them. Didn't seem to bother anything
