Worms in frozen mysis shrimp

I clean my tanks multiple times and rid all tanks of sand went bare bottom.

Still I find worms wiggling through the water column but only after feeding frozen mysis shrimp. Anyone else experience this or is it cheaper brands of fish/coral food that is careless with product quality?

It's probobly some sort of worm smelling the food in your tank. Do you have pics or a description of what they look like?
It's prearically impossible for something like a worm to be in a block of ice for weeks or even months and then come out and start living again.

It's just the worms feeding response. They're probably living on your rock or glass and scavenge for food when they smell the mysis
