I would think flushing it would be more humane than freezing it. At least they'll have one last, fun(?) ride through the pipes. If I'm dying, send me down a water slide...dont put me in the freezer. I'm sure they won't last long at the end if they do survive the trip.

I eat fish almost every day. They either suffocate on the deck of the ship or in their freezer. I am not going to stop eating fish and I doubt the fish care but thats what happens to millions of tons of them every day.

Even jesus ate fish and I don't think he sung them to sleep before he killed them. :oops:
