Brand new Fiji cube I’m getting ready to leak test and seen these seams. Should I even bother putting water in to leak test?

There was just a little inconsistency on the very bottom where there is white space and it concerned me.

I’ll fill it up with tap water and let it sit a few days and observe

Sounds good, i have the same on my tank and it has been running smoothly for about 5-6 years now, though its a much larger tank so you should be fine

That does look a odd to me. Not dangerous but odd
Be easier for every one to view it if you can post it on YouTube and paste a link here. The way it is attached it has to be downloaded and many won't or can't. @UncommonSense thoughts?
Depends of you have iPhone or Android 😇 i have iPhone so no need to download

So, these new Fiji cube tanks are put together using JUST enough silicone…

The 95INT I set up last year with a local reefing buddy had a few little defects in the silicone, but all the actual glass:glass silicone seams were complete!

— I think we’re seeing the silicone squishing out enough to fill the beveled edges of each abutted glass pane, but only at the corners of each pane where extra silicone was used!

— I’d be curious to see some macro shots of that (more accessible) front bottom seam, as viewed from underneath the tank! (I want to make sure the silicone is just absent in the void created by beveled pane edges, vs. absent in a portion of the glass pane joint interface [structural seam]!)

Good idea, I’ll take a few pics from the bottom when I get back home. Thanks for the suggestion
