I need help. For some context, on Friday I picked up a China wrasse from my LFS, she has been there for a month and was eating readily though a bit skinny. So I acclimated her and added her to my tank. The tank is a 120 gallon 9 month old system with no other fish then her. Anyway didn't see her for two days until yesterday I saw her laying on her side. She's still breathing though I tried tapping her with my coral pipette and there was hardly any reaction. Though she does track me with her eyes and shift when I open the sump door. Parameters are stable and listed below
Alk-8.4
Calcium-500
Magnesium-1280
Salinity-1.024
Tempature-75
Po4-.06
No3-~5
Her breathing rate is around 80 breaths pet minute. Hasn't moved overnight. Here's a video
My LFS did mention she was laying on her side when she first came in though I'm really concerned

Thanks for your help
