Ahoy all, I'm not a wrasse expert by any stretch but I'm stumped by this one. I can tell its a halichoeres wrasse of some sort. Its roughly 5 inches long but the black spot towards the front of the dorsal fin has me wondering if its not a juvenile still or if that's just its adult coloration. After acclimation it hung around for a while but went into the sand when I reached into the tank to place a frag so I'll have to wait for it to come back out for more photos. I asked the vendor and they said they didn't know, it had come mislabeled. Any thoughts? The third picture is just that my camera doesn't like blue light and messes up on auto setting.
