I am super frustrated right now from trying to confirm for "sure", lol, but my best guess is that is a Carpenter's flasher. Hopefully some of the wrasse experts around here will chime in. Is this a fish you own or are considering?

Sorry for a late response - been MIA for most of March but finally catching up with missed notifications.

I’d say this is likely a Paracheilinus cyaneus however they can be quite difficult to tell apart until you get displays from them.
