Wrasse Spot ?

Hey All-
I purchased a wrasse about a week ago and noticed some white spots on the top. Wife says they have been there the whole time? water params are good, fish is otherwise functioning normally. All other inhabitants are fine. Any thoughts? Have a nice holiday .
