Wrasse swim bladder issues??

Hey all so this morning I checked on my tank like normal before lights came on and my one wrasse was swim abnormally in circles, on top on wave maker and not acting normal. Come home from work and more of some action. Swimming in circles losing balance that sort of thing. I immediately think swim bladder. Yesterday he was completely fine swimming normally and eating fine. What is the issue? Definitely swim bladder, soemthing else? Plz help. Will have video before

This may be a neurological issue known as UNWD but please post a 20-30 second under white light intensity - No blue please

My wife swears she “cured” her ailing gold fish with a pea some years ago I’m a bit skeptical though, so follow what Vette guy and the other Fish Medic guys advise

Sorry - I don’t see any viable treatment for this fish.

Peas have no benefit for swim bladder issues, only digestive issues in goldfish.

However, this isn’t a swim bladder issue - it’s either UNWD, or the wrasse is moribund, actively dying. The way you tell these apart is try feeding it - if it tries to get some food, it’s UNWD, if it completely ignores the food, then it is moribund.

My wife swears she “cured” her ailing gold fish with a pea some years ago I’m a bit skeptical though, so follow what Vette guy and the other Fish Medic guys advise

Peas actually do treat a specific digestive issue in goldfish. I worked with a guy who helped develop the process back in the 1960’s. However, it’s useless for treating marine fish.
