Wrasse with back damage

#fishmedic what do you guys think?

Sorry - I was offline today.

The trying to feed IS a classic symptom oh UNWD. Since the fish is not getting better, and since no clear treatment is evident, you may need to consider euthanasia at some point;

Sorry OP 😰. Don't let it get you down though. Life is a fickle thing.

I had a Lineatus in my 360 that was doing fine, and then one day it was suddenly swimming around using only its front fins. I had never seen anything like it before.

When I called Elliot for advice, he said the exact cause probably didn’t matter at that point because the fish was unlikely to recover and recommended euthanasia. It’s hard to diagnose something like that because most of the possible causes are fairly rare, but his best guess was some type of spinal injury or broken back.
