Wrinkles or bumps on Powder Brown

Hey All!
Powder brown about a week old. Body not as smooth as it was and has what looks like wrinkles or bumps. All params are fine other fish are happy and tang is eating and genuinely looks happy. Not sure what the wrinkles are. Any ideas?

Possibly parasites.
Put him in quarantine, and observe.
