I have a MAG 24 pump that is too loud and too powerful for my setup. I would like to trade for a slightly smaller. Something around 1200 GPH is preferred, but 900 GPH would suffice. I would rather not trade for a Mag pump. Any questions or comments let me know. I would also sell it for cash and just buy another one.

You can swap the impeller with a 18 for less flow... The noise your gonna have to put a rubber mat under it and plumb it with spaflex... Just a thought anyways... I bet most people didn't know you can upgrade a 18 to a 24 by swapping impellers lol...

I have a 9 month old mag 18 i can trade you. let me know through pm if you would like to trade

Hey Trolyee, I have tried plumbing it whith spaflex and there is rubber under it, even after that it is still just too loud. Would swapping the impellers out decrease noise or just flow?

Still got it. Will update if it is sold/ traded.
