I have just noticed on one of my XR15 Gen 5 Blues that some of the LED's are not coming on as bright as they should. On the blue channel 2 out of 12 are fine but the other 10 don't come on until they are at 25% power and are substantially dimer.

if I try and calibrate it only the 2 come on, has anyone come across this before? Is it likely the LED cluster or something else?

You’ll need to email them directly as they don’t monitor the forums

If it's under warranty, they can repair/replace. It certainly sounds like some fault with an led in the blue channel. But that's just a guess.

@_AV is my go to for these out of warranty situations.
It is out of warranty and unfortunately we don't have anyone like @_AV here in the UK
