xr15 nano settings

setting up a new tank - im nuvo 10, with a gen3 xr15, wondering if anyone has suggestions as far as settings or intensity go - all the settings are a bit overwhelming.

I've experimented with some of the presets - coral lab seems like a cool idea, but it seems really blue? planning on keeping lps/softies mainly
