XR15 wont hold programming

Bought a new radion XR15 Pro last week, set it up per the directions and it will not hold a program...it seemed to work the first night but when I check the tank at 10am the next morning it is off, it was suppose to come on at 9am

I connected it to the computer and got it going again only for it to turn off 2 hours before schedule, this is getting frustrating as it keeps doing its own thing several hours from being unplugged...I factory reset it and tried again and it seems to want to keep going back to basic mode??? For the price of this thing, this is ridiculously frustrating

Check your ESL clock it's programmed right.

Make sure you have the connection manager running ( nothing on the page that says " Offline" ) and click on the Program button after any change no matter how small.

Connection manager is running and i have been hitting the program

Call ecotech customer service, if they cant fix you over the phone they will send you replacement equipment immediately, they are the best customer service team I've ever seen.
